We use a top of the range 5/6 seater SUV, with leather upholstery, full sun roof, air-conditioning throughout, privacy glass with retractable blinds, and even reclining and heated rear seats! It can accommodate 4 persons with full luggage comfortably, however the rear seats can be folded down/up to give different configurations, from 5 to 6 persons max. With 5 persons being transported the luggage space is minimised to approx. 2 large suitcases (and some hand luggage), however with all seating in place to carry 6 passengers the resulting space is reduced to small hand luggage only! For race days, concerts and sporting events etc where travel luggage is not required, the 5 and 6 seat configurations are ideal and provide a comfortable and very cost-effective way of getting you and your party to you chosen location and back in style.

The easiest way is to email us at bookings@apollocarsclevedon.co.uk (or use the submission form on the home page of this web site) providing as much detail as you can about your intended trip. Typically for travel hubs we will need to know the date and time, collection(s) and drop off address(es), number of passengers and the number of pieces of luggage (if applicable). For any other types of transport requirements please just include a brief description of the requirement along with the other information (e.g. if its required for the driver to stay until after the concert or match etc for the return trip).
Once we have that information as detailed above, we will provide you with a fixed price for the journey based on all the information you have provided. All requests for pricing will be calculated individually according to the customers own requirements however as an example, a typical journey for 4 persons with luggage from one collection address in Clevedon to Bristol Airport is from £48 (including the current £6.00 drop off parking zone fee).
If you are happy with the price we have quoted (and we hope that you are!) then please just confirm this to us via email and we will enter your journey details into our booking system following which you will receive an SMS text message confirming that the booking has been made and advising you that an email confirmation has been sent to your nominated email address (please do look out for this including spam folders etc as it contains ALL of the really important information and details about your trip with us!).
We are a private hire vehicle company, and so all our bookings are taken in advance and paid for in full prior to the journey. A payment link will be included in the email confirmation of booking you receive (that’s why its so important!) and you can use this to make payment with a debit or credit card through our dedicated secure payment gateway. Alternatively, we can arrange to call you and take card details over the telephone to make the payment, please advise if this is something you would prefer to do. Please note that ALL journeys MUST be paid for in full prior to commencing, if the booking has not been paid for within 72 hours of the collection date/time then we reserve the right to cancel the booking and thank you for your understanding.
Things happen, plans change, what was a certainty 3 weeks ago suddenly isn’t so certain this week! So yes, you have the right to cancel your booking should you need to, and for whatever reason (honestly, we won’t ask you why!), however we do ask that you give us as much notice as possible so that the booking space may be freed up and made available again to other travellers. We want to keep this as simple and as fair as we possibly can so in clear English and no legal gobble-de-gook:
If you cancel within 3 days or more of your travel, we will refund you 100% of the booking fee paid, if its 2 days’ notice then that figure reduces to 50%, and for 1 days’ notice its 25%. For anything less than 24 hours we won’t have time to make that slot available to others so I’m afraid there will be no refund given and as a small local service provider we hope that you understand our position on this.
Unfortunately, flight delays can occur, and it causes disruption to what are otherwise well laid plans. We will monitor and track your flight in real time using the information you will have provided us with, and this way we can make an informed decision on the best course of action to be taken. When we book airport collections we do build in a contingency of up to an additional 45 minutes in the booking time to allow for unforeseen delays. However, whilst delays are of course not your fault, if they do exceed the additional 45 minutes window we may have other customer bookings to fulfil and we cannot allow a knock on effect to disrupt these other planned journeys, it just wouldn’t be fair.
In this circumstance we will endeavour to find a suitable time to return to your pick up point and collect you once the other booking(s) are fulfilled, and will liaise with you on exactly what it is we can offer and ask for your agreement. Should an alternative time not be possible, or should you decline the revised offer (and it is entirely your own decision) then we will immediately refund you booking fee in full to allow you use it on an alternative method of transport.
As a small, local & independent company we unfortunately just don’t have the capacity or flexibility to be able to automatically accommodate protracted delays on incoming flights over and above 45 minutes, and thank you in advance for your understanding of our position on this.
